Bad Roads by Natal’ya Vorozhbit is a powerful reflection on lives disrupted by war, told through a series of encounters on the roads of eastern Ukraine. Presented in both English and Ukrainian, the play weaves together voices forced to navigate loss, displacement, and uncertainty. These stories echo far beyond borders, speaking to shared experiences of exile, survival, and the search for dignity in unstable worlds. With moments of dark humour and deep humanity, Bad Roads offers space for recognition, connection, and remembrance. Fourth Monkey's production of Bad Roads welcomes a global audience, bringing this darkly comic exploration of displacement and conflict.
