Acting through Clown with Stephen Sobal6 week course
In a safe and playful workshop environment, you will use clown to unlock a more open, daring and vulnerable you. Acknowledging one’s own ridiculousness is fundamental to a performer and we will help turn off the ‘clever’ part of the brain and tap into a similar, impulse lead way of working.
During this workshop you will discover our own individual clown and how it works, learn to accept and play with the audience, learn to be light and optimistic, discover the pleasure of making mistakes, experience the joy of the flop and laugh…. A lot!
This workshop is suitable for performers who have little or no experience in clown but also to seasoned clown performers who wish to try out something new or hone your skills.
